The Bergen-Westminster Geography Video Conferencing Project Preparation and Information for Participating Schools to Provide 1. Each school completes 'School Information' sheet and sends to Jo Teasdale at jo.teasdale@lgfl.org.uk. This will help Jo set up usernames and will be helpful for the partner school. 2. Each school ensures video conferencing is working effectively, likely to be JVCS. 3. Each school tries and is trained if necessary on video conference access and navigation once the above checks have been completed. To arrange training, contact jo.dilworth@lgfl.org.uk 4. Each teacher is familiar with project plan, suggests changes and agrees timescale for each section and discusses other issues with partner school. Timescale: Ideally all preparation would occur in April - May, with the project itself between September and December.
